Judgment and Test Method of Wear Resistance of Abrasive Layer in Film Production

The material of the anti-fouling film in the optical glass coating is mainly fluoride. There are two processing methods, one is soaking method, the other is vacuum coating, and the most common method is vacuum coating. The most common method is vacuum coating. When the antireflective film layer is completed, the fluoride may be plated on the reflective film using an evaporation process. The anti-fouling film in the optical glass can cover the porous anti-reflection film layer, and can reduce the contact area of water and oil with the lens, so that the oil and water droplets are not easy to adhere to the lens surface, so it is also called a waterproof film.

If the most fundamental method for judging and testing the wear resistance of optical glass is clinical use, let the wearer wear it for a period of time, and then observe and compare the wear of the lens with a microscope. There are two main types of processing methods for optical parts: traditional (classical) processing technology and mechanized processing technology. Here we only introduce traditional processing technology. The main characteristics of the traditional process are:

(1) the use of granular abrasive and general machine tools, to contour forming method for optical glass grinding processing. In the operation, rosin tarmac adhesive is mainly used to bond the upper plate. The parts are first rough and fine ground with emery, and then polished with rosin tarmac polishing die and polishing powder (mainly cerium oxide). The factors affecting the process are many and variable, and the processing accuracy is also large, usually several wavelength orders of magnitude. High precision can reach several 1% wavelength orders of magnitude.

(2) Large manual operation, many processes, and high technical requirements for operators. For machine tool accuracy, the requirements of the grinding tool are not so harsh, suitable for many varieties, small batch, large changes in precision processing technology.

In addition, the main manufacturers of consumer digital optoelectronic products related to the downstream of the optical cold processing industry have also transferred their manufacturing bases to China on a large scale. Such as digital cameras, China is seen as one of the most growth potential markets. All camera manufacturers are optimistic about the Chinese market, and at the same time, due to cost considerations, they will try their best to realize local procurement of components. Therefore, China's digital camera industry cluster continues to grow, and all major well-known manufacturers have set up factories in China.
